November 2021 - Welcome to the new and improved http://marsadnissa.ma/ online Observatory of Moroccan court decisions in women's rights cases!

Our redesigned, updated and enhanced platform is the result of over a year of grassroots level assessments and consultations with local partner NGOs and lawyers across the country.

As a key goal of the Observatory is to highlight and widely share important court decisions relevant for women’s rights in Morocco, looking forward efforts will emphasize monitoring and document the justice system’s implementation of the recently enacted Law 103-13 on violence against women in Morocco.
